Caipirinha do Santa, Negroni stirred slowly, Espresso Martini late in the evening. The list is short on purpose — every drink takes its time. The bar is not a queue, it is conversation.

A long table on the rooftop for the group, a small one by the window for two. Rio lights at seven, burns until nine, settles into blue after ten. Every hour, another view.
Eating here is continuing the view through the table.
