The website content (texts, images, trademarks and visual identity) belongs to Santa Vista Rio and is provided for informational and booking purposes only. Reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited. You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the website for unlawful purposes.
2. Reservations and rates
Reservations are processed through our booking engine (Cloudbeds). Each reservation is subject to availability and to the conditions of the rate booked, presented at the time of confirmation. Applicable rates, taxes and fees are shown before checkout. A reservation is only confirmed after the booking process is completed and confirmation is received.
3. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, change and refund conditions vary according to the rate booked and are stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation. We recommend reviewing these conditions before completing your reservation. To change or cancel a reservation, please contact our team.
4. Check-in, check-out and stay
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. An identification document may be requested on arrival. We ask that you respect the house rules, the property and other guests; damage caused to the property may be charged in accordance with applicable law.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through the booking engine and payment providers, according to the methods available at the time of booking. Applicable amounts and currency are shown before confirmation.
6. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the website information accurate and up to date, but it may contain inaccuracies or be subject to change without notice. Santa Vista Rio is not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or third-party services (such as the booking engine). Nothing in these terms excludes rights guaranteed by consumer protection law.
7. Privacy and data
The processing of your personal data follows our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the LGPD.
