A CASA

Mansion restored, 2018.

Built in the 1950s as the Laurinda family home. Restored in 2018 — original arches kept, the wide-plank floor kept, the view kept. What mattered stayed. The rest was redone.

Seu Jorge's home

The New Era

During the pandemic, Santa Vista Rio went through a major renovation. New comfort, new experiences, and the launch of the rooftop gastrobar — the house chef's restaurant on Rio's most charming rooftop.

A VISTA

The whole Rio through the window.

Christ the Redeemer to the left. Sugarloaf to the right. Guanabara Bay in between. Santa Teresa sits high enough to take it in all at once — and low enough to still feel like a neighborhood.
